New to the NICU: Reflection Survey

We know you are thinking about your baby every minute. At the same time, it’s also important to take a minute to check-in with yourself. Tap into your feelings about being new to the NICU. You are not alone. We designed these questions for a ‘Me Moment’ to honor your feelings and ask for support that helps you. Thank you in advance for participating in these reflection questions! (Time: less than 2 minutes)

Sharing your reflections, you are giving your consent to participate. Your reflections will help improve NICU culture, health communication and health equity. Your answers will be kept confidential and anonymous. We will not use names in any notes, reports, or summaries. You may choose to stop at any time.
